Return the item (at no cost to you) for a full refund

1. Please go to www.kiravans.com/account and enter your email address.

2. Click on your order and press RETURN button 

3. Select the item that we got wrong & set the reason as "Wrong item received"

4. In the Comments box please tell us what we sent you (most items have a SKU code label) and ASK FOR A REFUND.

5. Press SUBMIT. We will review your request within 1 working day.

6. We will send you a pre-paid return courier label and an RMA note (Return Authorisation) to put in the return parcel. 

7. As soon as you pass the parcel to the courier please email us a copy of the proof-of-postage and we will refund your original payment immediately. We do not need to wait for the parcel to actually arrive back to us.

In the case of very large items we will probabaly need to contact you before arranging the return courier.
