There is no problem at all if you wish to return an item, however we are not able to do 'exchanges'. Instead please arrange to return the item you no longer require, and place a new order for the replacement item.

We have a no quibbles approach to returns of orders purchased within the last 90 days

 

 

To arrange a return:

1. Please go to www.kiravans.com/account and enter your email address.

2. Click on your order and press RETURN button 

3. Select the item that you wish to return and select a reason form the list

4. In the Comments box please give us as much information as possible about the reason for your return.

5. Press SUBMIT. We will review your request within 1 working day.

6. We will approve your return & email you an RMA (Return Authorisation) form to place inside your return parcel. This is super important as it allows us to process returns much more accurately.

7. The return address for your particular items will be on the RMA form.

8. We recommend that you use a 'tracked' courier service.

9. As soon as you pass the parcel to your courier please email us a copy of your Proof of Postage and we will be able to process your refund immediately. We do not need to wait for the parcel to actually get back to our warehouse.
