We are very sorry to hear that you have received a faulty or damaged item. We have 3 options for you

(we'll set up a free return for you and arrange a full refund)
(we'll replace with the correct item & set up a free return for you)
(we'll arrange a partial refund for you if you are able to use the item).

Return the item (at no cost to you) for a full refund

1. Please go to www.kiravans.com/account and enter your email address.

2. Click on your order and press RETURN button 

3. Select the item that we got wrong & set the reason as "Faulty / damaged"

4. In the Comments box please tell us what we sent you (most items have a SKU code label) and ASK FOR A REFUND.

5. Press SUBMIT. We will review your request within 1 working day.

6. We will send you a pre-paid return courier label and an RMA note (Return Authorisation) to put in the return parcel. 

7. As soon as you pass the parcel to the courier please email us a copy of the proof-of-postage and we will refund your original payment immediately. We do not need to wait for the parcel to actually arrive back to us.

In the case of very large items we will probabaly need to contact you before arranging the return courier.

4. In the Comments box please tell us about the fault and ASK FOR A DISCOUNT ON THE ITEM.

5. Press SUBMIT. We will review your request within 1 working day.

6. We will email you to ask for a photo of the item if appropriate, and send you an offer for a discount on the original price, you can then decide if it works for you or if you would prefer us to send you a new item .
