Very effective, took a little longer than expected as watching the instructions is helpful but it moves quite quickly. Top tips would be to crank the adjustment much further than you loosened it to maintain an effective handbrake. Removing the cover is the first step and that’s fiddly but try just pulling whilst wriggling it to remove rather than getting under it with an Allen key as per the video. Good product and worthwhile doing to allow the second seat swivel.

Really good product and fast delivery. Not totally obvious which edge of the rail was inside the van but got it figured out . The installation video was really useful and geting it all fitted was straightforward and it all looks great and works well.
Came to collect and was left waiting for 35 minutes in car park apparently he forgot I was there, I rang phone it went to answerphone, so then I rang bell on gate again and a nice young man came and apologised, he confirmed the old guy had forgotten me and was on his way with my order 🙈, he wasn’t remotely bothered. Not easy to order online for collection, the website won’t allow it, get the impression they don’t want anyone there, mainly a postal/courier business. If they had a shop I would have ordered more if I could have seen some products, such a shame as really wanted to support our local independents 😢

As you point out - we are indeed set up primarily as an online business. So no, we sadly do not have a shop for browsing products, however you can select Pick Up in Person on the checkout pages & we will happily bring your order around to the gate for collection. Sorry that on this occasion one of the guys got diverted on his way and left you hanging !!!
