Kiravans provide a comprehensive no quibble returns policy. You can return any purchase up to 90 days after purchase, for an exchange or full refund. To return your purchase, please complete the returns form. Alternatively, you can contact us directly quoting your order number and address:

Note: Our customer services team are all native English speakers, but we are happy to exchange emails in your preferred language. We use Google-Translate, so please try to keep your messages clear and simple to help avoid misunderstandings. Alternatively, we can call you in English to discuss the issue.
Terms and Conditions
- We can only offer refunds on items purchased directly from us. If you have bought a Kiravans product through a reseller / conversion firm, then please contact them directly.
- All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging so that we can still sell them as new (unless they arrived already damaged).
- Items older than 90 days from purchase date will only be accepted for return under the terms of the 3 year warranty.
- It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned safely and in 'as new' condition. If items are not re-sellable 'as new' then we will not be able to process a refund of the complete cost
3 Year Warranty
All items purchased from Kiravans come with a 3 year guarantee. Assuming normal and reasonable use, should the product become defective within 3 years, please contact us using the returns form to arrange a replacement. Please provide your original purchase details (order number / address).
Who Pays for the Return?
Kiravans are fair and reasonable, but who pays depends on the reason for the item being returned:
- Defective / Damaged Goods / Arrived Too Late / Not as Advertised: Kiravans will arrange the return on your behalf at our expense
- Change of Mind / Ordered Wrong Part / Ordered wrong quantity: These goods are returned to our Netherlands warehouse at your expense.
