Trade Customers - Info on Bulk Ordering for B2B Customers
Order from Stock: As a B2B customer online prices are all 6% lower than our Retail prices. On the website you will be able to order from our complete, in stock, product range. Orders will be sent directly from our Dutch warehouse.
Larger Orders: The discount increases to 10.5% off retail if you are able to order in bulk (minimum order value 3.500 €) and if you are OK waiting 4-10 weeks for delivery (depending on stock levels and manufacturing lead-times). Please email your request to email@kiravans.com and we will send you a Proforma Invoice with the scheduled despatch date. 50% pre-payment of the proforma invoice is required to confirm your order, the balance is due before despatch. Again, these orders will ship to you from our Dutch warehouse.
VAT: Our website is primarily aimed at retail customers and displays prices including VAT. If you have an EU VAT number, and are not located in the Netherlands, then you do not pay VAT. On the checkout page the tax will be deducted. If this does not happen automatically for you then please send details of your VAT registration number to email@kiravans.com before placing your order.
