Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, download or otherwise use any of this content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Any unauthorised use may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Kiravans Netherlands BV is the controller of the personal data collected through the Website. How we collect and use that data, and how you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Complaints and consumer mediation
If you have a complaint, write to email@kiravans.com or to our postal address above, quoting your order number. We aim to reply by the next working day.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may, free of charge, refer the dispute to our consumer mediator:

Before going to the mediator, you must first have contacted us in writing. Using the mediator does not affect your right to bring the matter before the courts.
7. Liability, links and applicable law
We take care to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but it may occasionally contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We correct them as soon as we become aware of them. Where a detail is critical to your purchase, such as a vehicle fitment, please contact us to confirm it before ordering. Product images and colours may differ slightly from the actual product.
