We can arrange a VAT refund for you in a very limited number of situations:

a) I have removed the articles from the EU and can provide documentary proof of that removal (eg customs paperwork / freight courier documents). It is essentrial that these document specify the exact products that have been removed.

OR

b) I am a VAT registered business in the EU, not in the Netherlands, and I can provide a valid VAT number

Please contact us using email@kiravans.com and supply all the information mentioned above, along with your order number & bank account details so that we can pay the refund immediately.

We will issue a new invoice once the refund has been approved and paid.

 

We can not issue refunds in these circumstances:

  1. you can not provide clear documentation as detailed above
  2. you are in the Netherlands
  3. your VAT number is not registered to the delivery address on your order
