I am super happy with the products themselfs and especially the customer support. I placed two orders with Kiravans for some windows for my Ford Transit Custom. The first one unfortunately got lost with the delivery contractor (DPD), but after just one Email to Kiravans, I got my full payment back without any further questions asked. With the second order one of the windows got a really small splinter bronken off (again due to the delivery contractor DPD i assume) and after a short Mail about that I got an 70€ payment back for compensating this minor error. Could not be happier with the fast and amazing customer support!
Oh and the windows fit perfectly and are looking super nice on the car!

En ce qui concerne les vis certaines étaient supers d’autres comme si vous n’avez plus le modèle ont été remplacés par de moins solide et qui lorsque j’ai vissés les pressions sur la paroi sont carrément passes à travers donc ce petit point faible m’a un peu déçu sur le coup

The delivery wasn't was always in late. The problem begin when there Italian courier was always late. Now arrived and all is correct like the order.

The product itself is of really good quality, but setting it up has many additional troubles that are not mentioned in the instruction video! Starting from removing the sheetmetal rim in a transporter that has the bottom plate already mounted and more electronic components inside the passenger seat that you need to move away.
Really bad are the tolerances of the wholes in the ground plate! Two of them needed to be extened - not the oval shape that are mentioned as an improvement; looks like I received one from old stock.

The new stock with the wider holes is coming this mornth, but you should never need to extend the holes. There is a very easy solution to use a hammer and a block of wood to realign the bolts to their original position. I hope you enjoy the product now you have it installed.
Bestellt habe ich 2 Schiebefenster für einen Ford Transit Custom. Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Leider war ein Schiebefenster durch den Transport gebrochen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme, Rückmeldung innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Nachlieferung war dann innerhalb von 2 Tagen bei mir unversehrt angekommen. So etwas nenne ich Service.
Der Einbau unproblematisch dank Video. Kantenschutz und Kleber super Qualität.
Ja ich bin voll und ganz Zufrieden mit dem Einbau der beiden Scheiben. Preis Leistungsverhältnis sowie Service für Deutsche Verhältnisse, unschlagbar.
Love the tambour doors I had trouble fitting as units already in van but once I managed to fit them they look great just wished I got them before i fitted units 👍
