Overall impressive

You can judge a company on how it deals with complaints. This company was excellent. I placed an order and it arrived really quickly, only problem was it wasn't what I have ordered. But once I emailed them and sent photo confirming what I received in error, they handled it so well and speedily getting the correct item out and couldn't do enough. I would definitely recommend and I will be ordering from them again. Great customer service. Well done.

Pour un Opel Vivaro B, châssis long :
Rideaux "Black-out" vitres arrières + portes battantes.
Je suis ravis de mon achat. Les rideaux sont biens finis et sont très occultants. Les rails sont en aluminium souple, ce qui permet d'ajuster au plus près à la forme de la carrosserie.
A la réception, j'ai constaté qu'un des rails ne correspondait pas à mon véhicule (trop court et mauvaise courbure) et qu'il manquait des embouts de rail. J'ai contacté le service après vente de KIRAVAN qui a été vraiment très réactif. Après une enquête interne, il m'a été confirmé ce qui est a priori très rare : une erreur de leur part.
Bref, le problème a été rapidement pris en charge et corrigé par KIRAVAN et les pièces manquantes envoyées rapidement. Désolé de cette erreur, ils ont fait un très beau geste commercial en me remboursant l'équivalent d'un kit rideau ! Merci encore à Stuart.🙏
Alors évidemment, je recommande KIRAVAN !👌
